Select serviceInstallation cost
A reliable proposal begins with an assessment of the actual property. Pricing is based on the required system, mounting positions and work scope—not a single universal figure that ignores site conditions.
Suitable capacity depends on floor area, window orientation, solar gain, internal heat sources and the number of rooms that need cooling.
Cost is influenced by pipe-run length, wall construction and thickness, outdoor-unit access, working height and the required supports.
The installation needs a safe electrical supply and reliable condensate drainage. We assess non-standard requirements before work begins.
A straightforward process
We assess the situation, agree the solution and then complete the required installation, repair or maintenance.
Before starting, we confirm the work scope, price and expected timing. Work begins only after you approve the proposal.
Choose a service and provide the essential information about your property or the problem.
We review the service type, location and practical requirements before recommending the next step.
We contact you to confirm the scope, proposal and a suitable time for completing the work.
A solution for each property
Selecting the right system involves more than floor area. We consider layout, occupancy, solar gain, noise requirements and how many separate rooms need controlled cooling.

For apartments
We select a position that provides balanced airflow without disrupting everyday use. Before installation, we assess the façade, outdoor-unit location, condensate drainage and any approvals required for the building.

For private houses
A split system is often practical for one main room. For several rooms, we compare multi-split equipment with separate systems and adapt the solution to the house layout and daily routines.

For businesses
We consider occupancy, opening hours, heat produced by equipment and the need to maintain comfortable conditions for both employees and customers.

Split or multi-split?
A split system connects one indoor unit to one outdoor unit and is often the practical choice for cooling a principal room or open-plan zone.
A multi-split system connects several indoor units to one outdoor unit. It may be suitable where separate temperature control is required in multiple enclosed rooms and façade space is limited.

If the system no longer operates as expected, timely diagnostics help identify the cause before further damage or property risk develops. Filter cleaning or refrigerant addition is not a universal solution for every fault.

Service coverage
We serve apartments, private houses, offices and commercial premises in Riga, the surrounding municipalities and other locations across Latvia. Include the full property address in your request so we can assess travel, access, work requirements and possible scheduling.

For an installation request, provide floor area, layout, window orientation and the rooms that need cooling at the same time. Photos should show the whole room, the possible indoor-unit wall, the relevant side of the building and the nearest practical electrical supply. For an apartment, include the floor and balcony details; for a house, the number of storeys and priority rooms; for a business, occupancy and opening hours.
For a repair, record the manufacturer, model, displayed error code and when the problem occurs. A photo or short video showing leakage, ice or unusual sound can help us prepare, although remote information cannot replace inspection and measurements at the property. Switch the unit off if there is a burning smell, visible smoke, water close to electrical equipment or a strong mechanical noise.
Before work begins, we agree the known scope, price and practical conditions. For installation, this covers unit positions, the pipe and cable route, condensate drainage and access. For repairs, it covers the diagnostic scope and likely next steps. If photographs do not reveal concealed construction or safe access, the final solution is confirmed after an inspection rather than through an unsupported universal promise.
After the service, retain the model details, work date and a record of the installation, repair or maintenance completed. Check user-accessible filters in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and note changes in airflow, sound, smell or condensate drainage. A clear service history makes future requests more precise and helps distinguish gradual contamination from a sudden technical fault.
Frequently asked questions
Practical answers about equipment selection, installation, maintenance and repair. The final solution and work scope are confirmed after reviewing your property and system information.
The time required depends on the system type, mounting positions, pipe-run length and access to the outdoor unit. After reviewing the property information, we confirm both the expected work scope and an appropriate timeframe.
Yes. We assess floor area, layout, solar gain, occupancy, usage patterns and the number of rooms to recommend an appropriate capacity and system configuration.
We need to understand possible indoor and outdoor unit positions, the condensate route and whether the façade or shared property requires approval. The exact requirements depend on the building and its management rules.
Maintenance is advisable when airflow has weakened, an odour appears, operation becomes noisier or the system has not been professionally checked for a long period. The interval should reflect the model, environment and actual intensity of use.
We diagnose and repair stationary air-conditioning systems in homes, apartments and commercial premises. Refrigerant should only be added after the system has been assessed and the reason for a low charge has been investigated. We do not service vehicle air conditioning.
