About us and the service

Air-conditioning service with a clear process

We provide stationary air-conditioner installation, repair, maintenance and cleaning for houses, apartments and business premises in Latvia. New enquiries begin with the website form so every property can be assessed according to its actual requirements.

01

What this service provides

Air Conditioner Installation is a specialist request and information resource for stationary air-conditioner installation, repair, maintenance and cleaning in Latvia. It brings service explanations, property preparation and a structured request into one place. It is not an equipment webshop and does not provide vehicle air-conditioning services.

The aim is a suitable solution for the room and its actual technical conditions. Before confirmation, we consider area, room use, heat load, possible unit positions, pipe route, condensate drainage, electricity and access. For repair and maintenance, the starting point is the observed symptom, complete model and known service history.

02

Who the service is for

We address the needs of apartments, private houses, offices and other commercial premises. A single-room split system is often suitable for one zone, while separate rooms may justify a multi-split or another arrangement. Area alone does not determine the answer: windows, orientation, floor, ceiling height, occupancy and equipment also matter.

The service is suitable both for someone comparing installation options and for an owner with a specific system problem. You do not need to diagnose the fault or calculate capacity yourself. Describe the property, desired result or visible symptom in plain language; we clarify the missing information before preparing a proposal.

03

Our approach to installation

Installation concerns the complete system, not only the selected unit. The indoor position should support sensible airflow, the outdoor unit needs a safe and serviceable location, the route should be technically justified and condensate needs dependable drainage. A poor position can create draughts, noise, difficult maintenance or an unnecessarily long route.

In an apartment, façade and shared-property conditions are particularly important. In a house, we compare floors, priority rooms and the outdoor unit’s effect on bedrooms or terraces. In an office, we also consider workstations, heat from people and equipment, customer movement and restrictions on when work can take place.

04

Repair, diagnostics and maintenance

If a system does not cool, leaks, fails to start, smells, ices or makes unusual noise, the symptom alone does not identify the cause. We therefore do not promise a particular replacement part or refrigerant addition without assessment. Diagnostics separate possible contamination, drainage, control, electrical, fan and refrigerant-circuit issues.

Maintenance is preventative work, not another name for every repair. Its scope depends on the model, use and environment, and may cover filters, heat exchanger, drainage, fan and operating checks. If maintenance reveals a defect, the additional repair and its cost are explained and agreed before that separate work begins.

05

Where the service operates

The website includes dedicated pages for Riga, Jurmala, Jelgava, Ogre, Marupe, Kekava, Sigulda and other locations in the Riga region. They explain relevant building and access considerations; they do not claim that a separate office exists in every listed city.

An address is assessed together with the type of work, access, equipment and current scheduling. A location appearing on the city list does not guarantee immediate attendance. For a property elsewhere in Latvia, submit the exact location through the form so service feasibility can be considered against the real conditions.

06

Why contact begins with the form

The request form is the only contact route published on the website for a new enquiry. It combines service type, property location and the description in one structured message. That makes it easier to identify the next questions and whether room, façade, model-label or error-code photographs would support an initial assessment.

Submitting the form is free and does not automatically require you to order work. After reviewing it, we contact you to clarify the information, availability and next step. Work becomes an agreed service only after the solution, scope, cost and performance conditions have been explicitly confirmed.

07

How a proposal is prepared

A clear description and useful photographs can often support an initial direction or estimate. Hidden services, wall construction, the exact route and the technical condition of a system cannot always be established remotely. In those cases, an inspection or on-site diagnostics may be needed before the final scope is confirmed.

A proposal separates known work from possible additions. If an unseen condition is discovered during work, we first explain its effect on the solution, materials, time and cost. Work outside the agreed scope is not treated as automatically approved merely because the issue became visible after the visit began.

08

Quality and transparency principles

A premium service means a clear process, reasoned technical choices and understandable communication—not unsupported marketing claims. We do not publish invented customer ratings, certificates, staff histories, office addresses or other reputation facts that cannot be substantiated. Visible trust signals describe the working process rather than promise an unknown result.

Before work, the customer should understand what is included, what remains to be checked and how changes will be agreed. After work, we explain what was done, basic operation and relevant warning signs. The manufacturer’s instructions remain the primary source for the safety, limitations and user maintenance of the specific model.

09

Safety and responsibility boundaries

A customer should not open electrical parts, refrigerant connections or work at height to prepare a request. If there is a burning smell, smoke, water near electricity, a strong mechanical sound or repeated protective tripping, switch the equipment off and protect people and property first. This website does not replace emergency services where an immediate danger exists.

Obtaining necessary façade, shared-property and other approvals remains the owner’s responsibility. We can help define the technical proposal but cannot replace a building manager, owners’ association, construction authority or another competent decision maker. Work requiring a different specialist is not represented as automatically included.

10

Information worth retaining

After installation, repair or maintenance, retain the manufacturer and model, work date, approved proposal and notes about the route, condensate drainage or replaced parts. This history supports comparison during later maintenance or diagnostics and avoids repeating all of the initial investigation.

Send only information required to assess the request. Check photographs for private documents, access codes or unrelated personal data before submission. This page describes the current service model openly; legal particulars or external profiles should be added to the website only when accurate and verifiable information is available.
