Request an air-conditioning service
Use the request form so we can assess your requirement, property location and the most appropriate next step.
Requesting a service
New service enquiries currently begin with the website form. It immediately shows whether you need installation, repair or maintenance, where the property is located and how we can reach you.
Submitting the form is free and does not require you to order work. We first assess the information and then clarify the solution, scope and cost before anything is approved.
What to include for installation
Provide the exact town or address, property type, approximate room area and which rooms need cooling. Where known, add the floor, balcony details and information about equipment already purchased.
- A wide view of the room and potential indoor-unit wall
- The building exterior or proposed outdoor position
- The approximate relationship between unit positions
- Known electrical and drainage possibilities
What to include for repair or maintenance
Describe the main symptom: weak cooling, water leakage, failure to start, odour, noise or an error code. The manufacturer, complete model, approximate age and last service date are useful.
A photograph of the error or model label and a safe recording of unusual operation can help preparation, but remote material does not replace on-site diagnostics. Do not dismantle electrical or refrigerant components.
When to switch the equipment off
Switch the system off if there is a burning smell, visible smoke, water near electricity or furniture, a strong mechanical sound or repeated electrical tripping. Protect people and the property first.
Briefly describe what happened and whether the unit remains switched off. This website does not replace emergency services where an immediate danger exists.
What happens after submitting
We contact you after assessing the information to clarify missing details and availability. If photographs and the description are insufficient, an inspection or diagnostic visit may be required.
Before work, we agree the anticipated scope, cost and conditions. If your location is not on the published list, still provide the exact address so the route and service possibility can be assessed.
Taking useful property photographs
For installation, photograph the entire room and potential indoor wall. A second image should show the building exterior and outdoor position, and a third can show the possible route or balcony. Context is more valuable than a tight image of a small wall area.
For repair, include the model label, error code and the place where water, ice or another symptom appears. Do not put yourself at risk for a photograph, open technical connections or lean from an unsafe edge or height.
Address, access and permitted hours
An exact address helps confirm the service area and plan access. Mention the floor, lift, gated yard, security, parking limits and times when noisy work is permitted. For houses, explain vehicle access and how the outdoor position can be reached.
For business premises, identify the person who provides access and approves the working zone. If installation affects customers or shared areas, restrictions must be known before timing is confirmed.
What to expect from a proposal
An installation assessment considers equipment, capacity, pipe length, wall construction, supports, electrical supply and drainage. If photographs do not reveal an important condition, final confirmation may require inspection. Known work is separated from possible additions.
Repair cost cannot always be determined from a symptom because several causes can look alike. Diagnostics may come first, followed by an explanation of the finding and options. Submitting the form is not approval to begin work.
Using request information
The name, telephone number, address and description supplied are used to assess and respond to the specific request. Do not send documents or personal information that is unrelated to the property and service. Check photographs for unnecessary private details before sending.
A complete privacy policy requires the service provider’s legal identity and direct contact particulars. Until those are available, this site does not publish an invented company name, address or telephone number. Production processing should operate only with an appropriate recipient and retention process.
If the service cannot be confirmed
Availability depends on address, equipment type, access, technical work and team capacity. Parts for some brands, very old equipment or an unsafe outdoor position may limit repair. Installation cannot be approved until the façade solution and necessary permissions are understood.
If a request lies outside our scope, we explain this after reviewing the initial information. We do not service vehicle air conditioners and do not invent local offices or technician locations to imply unsupported availability.
Before sending the form
Check that the telephone number is correct and that the address distinguishes the town, municipality and property. Describe one principal requirement and its important conditions; technical terminology is unnecessary where you are uncertain.
Send only photographs and data required for assessment. If the situation changes—such as complete system failure or receipt of façade approval—tell us before the service date is confirmed. Current information prevents an incorrectly prepared visit.
